PARTY GUIDELINES AND POLICIES

Thank you for choosing New England Sports Academy for your child’s Birthday Party. We look forward to hosting you and your guests. We want to make this day special for your child and easy for you. Because we have several parties scheduled that day, it is important that we have cooperation from everyone. Below we have put together a list of our guidelines and policies, as well as some helpful suggestions. Please go over them as to help make the day more enjoyable for you and a safe exciting experience for your child.

1. You are scheduled for one hour and thirty minutes (one hour games & activities in the gym and thirty minutes in the party room) for the total party. You must vacate the party room on time. Please arrive 10-15 minutes before the start of the party. When you arrive please check in with the front desk. You may ask our staff to place anything that requires refrigeration in the refrigerator located in the party room. There may be a party in there at your arrival, so please be respectful of their space. You and any early guests may wait in the waiting area. You are responsible for cleaning up at the end of your party. Please dispose of all garbage into the trash bins, and our staff will take out the trash and sweep the floor.

2. INVITATIONS- Every child who will be in the gym MUST HAVE A SIGNED PERMISSION FORM to enter the gym areas. Please inform parents to have children give their permission form to the party staff. You will be sent our invitations that include directions to NESA and the permission form. As a gift to you we provide gift certificates for your guests. You may choose to pick up invitations and certificates in advance.

3. You are responsible for providing & serving any food, drink, cake, utensils, candles, tablecloth, etc. There is no food or drink allowed in the gym areas.

4. Parents are welcome to watch, however they must stay in the viewing areas only. Only parents of the Birthday Child will be allowed in the activity area. One parent per child must accompany children under three years of age. Children not participating in the party must stay with a parent/guardian. Also, for the safety of our athletes who may be in the gym during your party, flash photography may not be allowed. Please check with your party instructors to see if it is ok to use a flash. NO PARENTS ON EQUIPMENT OR APPARATUS-NO EXCEPTIONS!

5. No shoes are allowed in the gymnastics and martial arts areas. We recommend for children to remove socks. Parents must remove their shoes. We suggest wearing loose fitting clothing for all participants. No jewelry please! Cubbies are located outside of the activity areas, at the start of your party our instructors will line up your guests behind your child and have the children place shoes and socks in the cubbies, and then…all eyes and attention will be on your birthday child!

6. Please remember that there may be other classes, parties or activities going on during your party. You do not have the gym privately. There is plenty of room for everyone, please be courteous and respectful of others in the gym.

7. Due to weather conditions, you must notify of office 24 hours in advance to reschedule the party. If NESA closes, all parties will be rescheduled through the customer. No refunds will be issued, but you may reschedule the party at your convenience.

8. Lastly, if there is anything we can do to help make your party “special and festive,” please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you.
