Fitness classes are $8 per
class, or $40/month for unlimited classes. Includes
unlimited use of NESA’s Fitness Facility. See our schedule
for times of classes.- Indoor cycling is a great
cardiovascular workout which could burn you about 700
calories an hour. The exercise is for everyone of any
fitness level because the difficulty could be adjusted
individually on the bike. The atmosphere is noncompetitive
with the cyclist’s camaraderie, the energy is phenomenal &
the music keeps you going.... best of all you don’t need to
be coordinated.
- The postures, breathing, mediation in a
yoga practice makes you healthier in body, mind and spirit.
Yoga also improves muscle tone, flexibility, and strength.
We encourage people to take advantage of this class to
benefit from its psycho- physiological effect.
- A combination of non-choreographed
cardiovascular drills and resistance-training to increase
your overall endurance level and to tone your body.
- Muscle conditioning class for all
major muscle groups utilizing barbells, weights, stability
ball, tubing, etc. Seeing the positive results in toning you
body will give a boost of confidence and will motivate you
to stay on the fitness path.
